Bookkeeping services and Payroll Service Administration:

Accurate and timely bookkeeping serves as a solid foundation to meaningful financial statements and information.
De Civita Haubenreisser, Chartered Professional Accountants and Business Consultants will prepare your sales tax reports, provide payroll services, record your business transactions, prepare annual T4 and applicable provincial payroll summaries required by the government, and provide the foreign parent company and local management with appropriate and specifically designed periodic reports and financial statements.

With our Payroll Service Administration, our firm can act as an authorized intermediary between your organization and the external payroll service bureau.

Accounting assistance services:

Our accounting assistance services are comprised of periodic review of the Canadian entity’s internally prepared financial statements, financial reports and accounting records to ensure that the financial statements are accurate, meaningful, complete and timely. Government reports are also reviewed for accuracy.

Accounting training services:

De Civita Haubenreisser, Chartered Professional Accountants and Business Consultants can provide your accounting staff with training in relation to bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and financial statement preparation and disclosure in accordance with Canadian Accounting Standards. Training can also be provided on Simply Accounting software by a simply accounting certified trainer.

Corporate income tax preparation services:

De Civita Haubenreisser, Chartered Professional Accountants and Business Consultants also offer the preparation of T2 Treaty corporate tax returns for non-resident corporations having conducted business in Canada.

Our tax preparation service is available on financial statements that are reported upon by our firm, or on your own internally prepared financial statements.

Clients are informed of their balance of tax and instalment payments on a timely basis in order to ensure that penalties and interest levied by the governments are avoided.
